Constantia Glen’s TWO is the estate’s flagship white blend — a classic Bordeaux-style pairing of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, grown on the cool, decomposed-granite slopes above Constantia Nek. The blend balances Sauvignon Blanc’s aromatic lift with Sémillon’s body, breadth and ageing potential.
Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon co-fermented and matured in older French oak puncheons. Lees ageing brings texture and savoury complexity to a wine built for the cellar.
