Château Sainte Marguerite Symphonie 2025
Pale onion-skin pink. Open, fresh nose of white peach, pink grapefruit, crushed strawberry and Provençal herbs. The palate is crystalline and precise — citrus drive over a delicate saline-mineral spine, fine acidity and a clean, lifted finish. A serious, food-friendly Cru Classé rosé — excellent with seafood, charcuterie, or simply on a hot day.

Laurens Campher Blended White 2022
Laurens Campher Blended White is a uniquely South African white blend is made in Campher’s honour, combining predominantly Chenin Blanc (54%) with smaller amounts of Sauvignon Blanc (30%), Verdehlo (12%), and Viognier (4%).
The wine is complex and intense, ranging from bright lemon, fresh pineapple, apricots and juicy nectarine to more concentrated lime marmalade as well as caramel and cream (from barrel fermentation and 11 months of maturation in mostly older French oak). On the palate the initial impression is floral (heady honeysuckle) finishing with white peaches and apricots, with hints of citrus and a fresh acidity - great persistence promising enjoyment over at least five years.

Hartenberg Tenacity Riesling 2019
Hartenberg Tenacity Riesling 2019
Winsome aromas of quince, ripe melon, roses and frangipani on the nose. The palate displays layers upon layers of citrus, peaches and honey balanced by a flinty, crisp acidity that lingers.
One of only three noble white grape varieties globally. It has the smallest bunches and berries of all white varietals, thereby imparting immense flavourand concentration to the resultant wines. Added to this, is the distinction that few other white varietals are able to mature to their betterment, for decades, like the best global examples of Riesling are able to.
The Tenacity Riesling is made from grapes picked at dawn, then fermented dry in small, old French oak barrels and left to mature on the lees for 12 months. It erupts from the glass with floral notes and chalky minerality. On the palate, it reveals a zesty lemon sorbet character, a divinely creamy texture and long lingering finish. Only 519 bottles were produced of this stunning wine!
