Off-Dry

Pale salmon-pink with copper highlights. Lifted, fresh nose of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, peach skin and crushed garrigue herbs with a saline-mineral lift. Dry and crisp on the palate with bright Mediterranean acidity, a delicate stone-fruit core and a long, savoury, almost briny finish. Drink chilled with grilled prawns, salade niçoise, ratatouille, charcuterie or simply on a summer afternoon.
