Crisp & Mineral

Bright pale straw with green-gold reflections. Aromatic nose of white peach, pear, citrus blossom and crushed white-stone minerality, with subtle leesy weight and a delicate floral lift. Medium-bodied with bright Rhône acidity, a textured chalky mid-palate and a long, savoury finish carrying the chalky character of the white-clay soils. Excellent with roast chicken, grilled white fish, herbed risotto or fresh goat's cheese.

Zevenwacht Tin Mine White 2022 has complex aromatics of apricot, white pear and citrus with floral undertones and hints of oak spice. Blend - 37.5% Chenin, 33.5% Chardonnay, 13% Roussanne, 9% Semillon, 7 % Viognier Enjoy this wine with a meal or on it's own and serve chilled. Delicious with full flavoured grilled fish, sumptuous lobster and avocado salad or creamy chicken dishes. The wine had the potential to age for 3-5 years and will gain more complexity and richness over time.

Delas St Joseph Les Challeys blanc 2018 is a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne. A brilliant green gold colour. The nose shows very pure floral aromas that mingle with citrus and preserved fruit. On the palate, the wine has similar flavours, with an added touch of honey. Its finish is clean and clear, with flavours of flowers and fresh almonds.
