Pale gold. Lifted aromas of yellow apple, ripe pear and white peach over toasted hazelnut, vanilla and a buttery, briny edge from the lees. Medium-bodied with crisp Andean acidity, a creamy mid-palate and a long, mineral, gently smoky finish. Drinks beautifully with grilled fish, roast chicken, mushroom risotto, lobster, or aged hard cheeses.
